Guarantees
Uptime Guarantee:
If your network is down for more than two hours due to an error on our end, we will credit you back 5% of your monthly managed service price, and an additional 5% per hour for each thereafter. This is for every occurrence, with no limit.
90-day Guarantee:
We are looking for long-term relationships with right fit clients. If things don’t feel right after 90 days, we can meet to work it out or part ways. We will split the cost of your monthly managed service price (1.5 months) and send back half to you.
Save Time Guarantee:
If we spend more than 25 hours per month on reactive support for your company after the first 90 days, we will credit you 10% back on your monthly managed service price.
